    A success story<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”11\/12″][gt3_spacing height=”26px”][gt3_custom_text text_color=”” font_size=”16″ line_height=”190″]In 2000, four chemists from Sulzer’s central R&D laboratory decided on a management buyout (MBO), laying the foundation for a laboratory with routine and special services for chemical analysis in two very different market segments – NIUTEC AG, Laboratory for Industry and Environment.<\/span>[\/gt3_custom_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][gt3_spacing height=”50px”][gt3_spacing height=”30px”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]The name \u201cNIUTEC\u201d is made up of two parts: \u201cNIU\u201d \u2013 written as a play on word \u201cnew\u201d with the German initials of the company\u2019s market divisions, \u201cIndustrie and Umwelt\u201d, Industry and Environment \u2013 refers to the change and the company’s new beginning, while the “TEC” stands as a reminder to its origins in Sulzer Innotec.<\/span><\/p>\n
